FUB-144 is a synthetic indole-based cannabinoid analog of UR-144 and XLR11 in which the (5-fluoro)-pentyl side chain is replaced by a 4-fluorobenzyl group, a functional group also found in the indazole-based synthetic cannabinoids AB-FUBINACA and ADB-FUBINACA. The tetramethylcyclopropyl group of UR-144, common to FUB-144, exhibits selectivity for the peripheral CB2 receptor over CB1.This compound was found to be listed on illicit drug websites in January of 2014. The physiological and toxicological properties of this compound are not known.
